Hi, I’m Ashita

I’m a computer scientist, builder, and eternal tinkerer who loves turning bold ideas into real-world impact. From leading UCLA’s largest AI club to building startups that got acquired, I’ve been lucky to live at the crossroads of tech, entrepreneurship, and community.

Right now, you’ll find me:

• Experimenting with AI systems that actually solve messy problems (think: wildfire evacuation, traffic optimization, in-home care).

• Helping bridge the gap between engineering talent, founders, and VCs in LA’s startup ecosystem.

• Writing about the lessons, wins, and face-plants that come with building at the edge of tech.

What drives me? Curiosity, impact, and people. Whether it’s shipping code at 2am, hosting a summit on AI ethics, or sketching ideas for the next “impossible” project, I thrive when I’m building things that push boundaries and bring others along for the ride.
